With over 15 years of experience in education, April Lawton has devoted her career to serving English Language Learners and High School Equivalency seekers across community settings and among those involved in the justice system. Currently serving as a Customer Manager at Burlington English, Inc, April focuses on supporting programs as they integrate cutting-edge technology into blended learning solutions that work for their unique environments. She holds a Master's in Education specializing in Curriculum and Instruction and Reading, along with a Bachelor's in Education focused on Elementary and English as a Second Language. April also possesses a Nebraska teaching certificate covering elementary, ESL, and reading. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds joy in reading, spending time with loved ones, and snuggling her two small pups, Leia and Broadway.
